DRAM

Viking offers a full range of JEDEC standard & application optimized modules for a variety of OEM applications. These modules are supported using multiple technologies ranging from the most up-to-date to legacy modules such as: DDR3, DDR2, DDR, SDRAM, RDRAM, EDO, and FPM. In a number of form factors, including:

RAM-Stack™

Viking Modular has developed RAM-Stack™ to support high-density and small form-factor modules. This innovative stacking technology has many benefits over currently existing solutions that include excellent signal integrity, high reliability, superior thermal characteristics and the highest densities.

Flash Products

Viking Modular Solutions offers multiple standard & innovative Flash products that solve our OEM customer’s needs of high security, high reliability, high density, space constrained and thermally challenging environments. Some of the standard JEDEC form factors include: Slim SATA (MO-297), CompactFlash™, CFast™ & Embedded USB (eUSB) a drop in replacement for the Intel® Z-130.  Additionally, Viking has developed a portfolio of innovative Embedded Flash Solutions such as: SATADIMM (a SATA SSD in DIMM form factor), Discrete Flash Card (a solderable IDE device) and the highly rugged SATA Cube3™ (Ultra Small Embedded SATA SSD)

ArxCis-NV™

Viking Modular's ArxCis-NV™ is the next generation of high performance non-volatile cache modules. Current technology of backing DRAM modules with batteries provides protection for approximately 72 hours and also brings a host of battery related issues to IT managers. ArxCis-NV products help eliminate these issues by transferring data from DRAM to NAND flash through a high-speed Viking proprietary logic interface where the data remains secure for up to 10 years. This substantially increased level of security coupled with a significantly lower total cost of ownership solves a number of key IT complex hurdles and offers a green solution for non-volatile DRAM modules.
